This Is Where It All Started

 My bread baking journey starts when I returned home. With the pandemic situation, not much to de here. So I look up for recipes of bread, in hope that we don't have to buy bread any more for our daily consumption. And boy was I hooked!

I found an easy recipe of Hainan bread. Wow, that blew my mind. Now I'm on a mission to bake bread from all over the world.

Okay, I will be posting bread recipes, experiences, what to look out if you make the recipe.
